Alethea Robbins is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in women’s health. She is menopause certified by The Menopause Society and has additional training in metabolic health. With over a decade of experience caring for women across every stage of life, Alethea brings a unique combination of evidence-based medicine, deep clinical expertise, and a personalized approach to help women feel confident, energized, and understood.
Her clinical focus centers on the often-overlooked transitions women experience during perimenopause and menopause—including hormone changes, weight and metabolic shifts, hair thinning, skin changes, sleep concerns, and changes in overall well-being. She believes women deserve thoughtful, individualized care that goes beyond simply managing symptoms and instead supports long-term health, vitality, and quality of life.
Alethea has extensive experience in telehealth medicine, reproductive health, menopause management, and weight management. She is passionate about making specialized women’s healthcare more accessible through convenient, personalized virtual visits that fit into the realities of busy lives.
Her approach combines current medical evidence with a deep respect for each woman’s unique goals, history, and experience. Every care plan is thoughtfully tailored—whether navigating menopause, optimizing metabolic health, addressing skin and hair concerns, or creating sustainable wellness strategies.
Outside of medicine, Alethea is an artist and lifelong creative who brings curiosity, compassion, and attention to detail into everything she does. She believes healthcare is both a science and a relationship—and that every woman deserves care that recognizes the whole person.
